owner and chef of Thelma & Louise is Helmi Smeulders. Helmi worked
in the legal profession until she decided to follow her passion for cooking
and start her own company.
Helmi’s
love for food and travel has taken her around the world. This is reflected
in our menu of globally inspired recipes. Helmi follows the latest trends
in the industry and gets inspiration by making culinary trips and by taking
cooking courses abroad. Service
