Beach Wedding
Just a few days ago we catered a wedding on a deserted beach with no electricity or running water. We set a beautiful long table for 50 guests and lighted the scene with oil lamps, torches and a huge campfire. The kitchen was set up in an old beach shack from which we served a 4-course dinner of carpaccio & truffle dressing, grouper filet with beurre blanc, grilled tenderloin in red wine sauce and caramelized walnut tart.

Celebrate!
With a lot of guests coming from overseas, weddings on Curaçao often result in a week of celebrations. For one couple we catered an informal BBQ at home, followed by an Italian brunch on the beach, an intimate family dinner and finally on the wedding day a champagne reception and a fantastic party with trendy fingerfood.

We do
