Building your Party
We catered the Hyatt Open House reception at the construction site of the new hotel. During a prior inspection of the location we got inspired to turn the event into something special. We dressed up our personnel as construction workers with Thelma & Louise safety helmets. Instead of flowers we used centerpieces made from hammers and mortals. Home-made quessadilla’s were served with 3 sauces in mini-buckets with small paintbrushes. Our famous Caesar wraps were served on a large picture frame decorated with “Caution” tape. We had a lot of fun!

Are you looking for something special to turn a “Spantenbier” or the opening of a new building into something unique? Please contact us and we will be happy to share some constructive ideas!
