Delicious!
This year we are celebrating our 5th anniversary. In honor of this special milestone we organized a culinary event on June 20th: Delicious! Feest voor Fijnproevers. In cooperation with a selection of fine restaurants and wine distributors we transformed a parking lot into a cozy open-air restaurant. Each participant built its own small restaurant where chefs prepared mini-versions of their signature dishes. Visitors were treated to King Crab, fresh Oysters, thin-crusted pizza’s straight out of a brickoven, Springbok Rossini, delicate mini-desserts, mojito’s and high quality French and Italian wines & champagnes.

Food Hostess
We took the opportunity to introduce a new catering concept: the Food Hostess. This is a new way of food presentation whereby a hostess mingles between the guests in an especially designed food costume. Our Pink Shrimp Girl had buckets filled with grilled gamba’s & aioli, while our French Fries Guy served homemade French fries with fancy flavored mayo’s.

Due to the enormous success we have decided to turn Delicious into an annual event and we look forward to welcoming you again next year!
