Sit back, relax and enjoy your flight
We had the pleasure of organizing the opening of the new Martinair office at Promenade Shopping Centre. The party scene was turned into a departure terminal with duty free shops and gates. Airhostesses handed out Martini Air cocktails while passengers were boarding and, after a refreshing hot towel, people were spoiled with delicious hors d’oeuvres served from airplane trolleys. Flight information was announced via the personal address system by the purser and actors from “Speels” contributed to the official opening with a special comfort class ‘stoelendans’.

Angels from above
One of the many X-parties that we organized was for KLM. The theme of the evening was “In the Clouds”. Our waiters were dressed up as angles with huge wings and the location was decorated with silver angel sculptures and large vases with illuminated clouds. Our food-designer had come up with a special X-mas menu whereby we served traditional dishes in a new way: crispy springrolls with roasted turkey, cranberry chutney & pistachio stuffing, mini-beef stew croquettes, mini-croquettes with baked ham & orange marmalade, homemade turkey pate and roasted pumpkin mash with truffle.

We look back on another busy year with a lot of fantastic parties, beautiful weddings and many special events. We hope that you enjoyed it as much as we did.
